We are excited to share that together, we have collectively improved care for more than 750,000 people with Type 2 diabetes! To continue this strong progress towards our 1 million goal, AMGA is extending the Together 2 Goal® campaign beyond March 2019 through March 2021.
As a campaign participant, you now have a great opportunity to continue hardwiring your diabetes improvement efforts. Over the next phase of the campaign, you can continue to leverage proven tools and resources, report data quarterly, and connect with peers. In the coming months, we will be providing a host of new offerings, including a campaign toolkit supplement, mentorship opportunities, expanded webinar resources, and more.
