T2G is thrilled to welcome Know Diabetes by Heart™ as a new campaign partner! Know Diabetes by Heart™ is a collaborative initiative by the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association, along with industry leaders, seeking to reduce cardiovascular deaths, heart attacks, and strokes in people living with Type 2 diabetes. The Know Diabetes by Heart™ initiative intends to: (1) raise awareness and understanding of the link between diabetes and cardiovascular disease (CVD); (2) empower people to better manage their risk for CVD, heart attacks, and strokes; and (3) support healthcare providers in educating their patients living with Type 2 diabetes on cardiovascular outcomes.
