Data Results

In June 2020, the Together 2 Goal® campaign released the Q1 2020 data results based on data submitted from participating groups.

All participating campaign groups received an email with their organization’s identification code to allow for blinded feedback and comparison to other participants. Based on your assigned group code, you can see your organization’s performance summary.

Measurement Period (Q1 2020): April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020.^*

^*Please note that this measurement period may be impacted by disruptions to the US Health System due to COVID-19. Disruptions began in early March 2020 following the state of emergency declaration by Washington’s governor in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in that state. Other states quickly followed suit. By mid-March the federal government had also issued recommendations and guidelines for social distancing and the suspension of all elective and non-urgent procedures and surgeries.

• Average Prevalence Rate (Q1 2020):  14.6 %

• Average HbA1c Control Rate (<8%):  68.2 %

• Average Blood Pressure Control Rate (<140/90):  77.2 %

• Average Medical Attention for Nephropathy:  89.3%

• Average Lipid Management:  76.7 %

• Average BundleMeasure Control:  40.8 %
